SHIPPING COST AND TIMES: We utilize UPS ground for standard delivery. All in-stock items will ship the same day for orders received by 3pm EST. If preferred alternate delivery services via FedEx are also available. Out of stock items will be shipped within 7 days of the order. **depending on availability

RETURNS: Defective Materials must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Goods may be returned if defects in materials and or workmanship are discovered. We will make every effort to ensure that all items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping to ensure our standards of high quality are maintained.
